Recepitionist
Job Description
- Update air-table daily by the information the sales given by daily.
- Recording and reporting for all the visitors of their purpose and report manager (Date, Time, Name of Visitors, Contact info, what’s the purposes)
- Receiving booking of meeting room (Checking daily make sure the rooms ready all the time for appointment)
- Always keep the reception area & meeting room nice & tidy.
- Guiding clients to the place what they’re asking for (eg: Factory Phnom Penh, Gym, Swimming pool, where to pay utilities etc.)
- Responsible working area hygiene, clean all the time corporate with office lady (cleaner).
- Count the key which keep at the key box daily, report in the group if any missing keys & keep in record.
- When clients come to office seeking for specific sales/ looking for rental/ looking for purchase, please invite clients take a seat & tell clients sales will help them ASAP, inform the sales who’s in the office & serve water to clients.
Requirement
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- At least one experience as receptionist.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
