CDX TEAM-BUILDING TRIP BUILDS GREATER TEAMS FOR YEARS TO COME

On June 21, 2022, Cambodian Derivatives Exchange (CDX) successfully organized a Team Building Trip which was worth the attention and participation of every single member from each department in the company, coupled with a number of other members from our derivative brokers and partners.

Taken place at Amarak Farm—an environmental-based café and luxury homestay on the outskirt of southern Phnom Penh, our trip was explicitly created to share personal perspectives, new and unexpected experiences, and empower team spirit. All of these went through well-designed, purposeful games and activities.

“There are many ways to conduct Team Building but this time might be more advantageous and stress-free to re-boost our energy and refresh our commitment to our business units. Connecting to this atmosphere, I envision that we all learned how to create teams with high energy and spirits. This will no doubt be a good lesson for our future work,” said CDX Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Lawrence Kook at the opening of the activities.

In the participation of our longstanding brokers and many participants from different groups, the performance of teaming up to achieve a holistic goal ended up being well united and fruitful through plenty of unplanned scenes.

From the beginning to the end, all members declared themselves 100% to join all activities and their understanding and lessons learned from each game. As a result, all of us shared a common interest that once the goal was set and the team spirit was firmly bonded, the outcome would outreach limitations. This well reflects that in our daily life whether it is about families, relationships, or work, we always need a good team or partner to get the best out of the target.

Prospectively, all participants will bring the lessons, commitment, and solidarity into everyday practice across teams, departments, companies, and all partners, in order to energize teamwork and achieve greater goals.

We CDX are delighted to see such an amazing team-building event that made a meaningful day for us all to remember. It is just the beginning of thousands of things we will do for this purpose. Therefore, we will remain optimistic to initiating, supporting, participating to make every work and everyone’s life better.
